I finally got... THE LAST WORD is a gen Star Trek: TOS McCoy-centric 98-page anthology.
It contains fiction, art, articles, and more. The title is a quote from the original series episode "Journey to Babel", after McCoy tells both Kirk and Spock to shut up.
Contributors: Edward Briggs (editor) Marcia Simmons (contributor and typist), Rena Jones (art director), Craig Morton (photographer), Larry Booth (gamester and reviewer), Caroline Venino, Fran Smith, and Martin Briggs (publicity & distribution).
The editor thanks "Carolyn Venino and Rev. O.B.J. Burton of the Holy Trinity Baptist Church. Whose advice, contributions, and assistance, where [sic] the greatest help possible."
A second issue, at least, was clearly planned. Marcia Simmons, after apologizing for some typing problems on issue 1, wrote "Arrangements have been made and the typing quality of # 2 will be infinitely better." Nevertheless, we have not seen a report of a second issue.
