Leslie Willis, better know as Livewire is a DC Comics character.

Superman: The Animated Series

Livewire was created by Bruce Timm for the DCAU, first appearing in Superman: The Animated Series episode "Livewire". Before gaining super powers Leslie Willis was a popular WLXL shock jock who often ridiculed Superman on air. After being hit by lighting that Superman was trying to protect her from she gained electrokinetic powers but blamed Superman for what happened.

Comics

Livewire first appeared in Action Comics #835 (2006).

Livewire is a super-villain with electricity powers, and an enemy to Superman. Originally a "shock jock" radio personality, she turned to crime after losing her job at the station. She has been a member of the Superman Revenge Squad and the Supermen of America.

Supergirl (TV Series)

Leslie Willis was a former shock jock of CatCo Worldwide Media. After a fatal helicopter accident, Leslie was turned into the supervillain Livewire. She later became an ally of Supergirl and sacrificed herself to save her from Reign.[1]
