From the program book:
Welcome to Syndi-Con! We're glad you were able to join us this weekend. We have many activities planned for you, including: Questions & Answer sessions with the cast of Highlander: The Series and Forever Knight and members of the production staff; sword combat demonstrations, readings by various authors of some of the soon-to-be released Highlander and Forever Knight novels, videos, Highland dancing; and other entertainment.
Friday night's festivities feature a mixer and a costume contest. Come mingle with "the vampires" and Highland lads and lasses as they vie for "the prize!" Costumes are optional, but clothing is mandatory. On Saturday, you'll have the opportunity to attend Questions and Answer sessions, receive autographs from your favorite celebs and catch those Euro minutes you've been waiting to see. Don't forget to stop by the dealer's room and check out the various fan club tables, sword dealers and numerous other interesting merchandisers, including The Highlander Store.
Saturday night we’re proud to present The Jim Byrnes Band. You've seen him play on the show, now come see him play live! Sunday, the fun continues with additional Questions and Answer sessions, autographs and much more. As a courtesy to your fellow con-goer, we can only allow two items per guest to be signed at the autograph sessions. Please remember the person behind you is a fan too.
We sincerely hope you have a wonderful weekend and our staff will do everything possible to assist you.
There can be only fun!
