Sayonara Euphoria (さよならユーフォリア, Goodbye Euphoria) is a Naruto doujinshi by Spica. It's a Naruto x Sasuke story rated R-18.

- ヤンデレナルト×盲目サスケ。ノット悲恋。ノットDV。大戦後、里に戻ったサスケは視力を封印されてしまう。盲目になったサスケに対して、とある事件以降歪んだ愛情を向けるナルトと、それを受け止めるサスケの話。
Meaning roughly:
- Yandere!Naruto x Blind!Sasuke. Not a tragic love story. No domestic violence. After a great battle, Sasuke's returned to the village and his eyesight's been sealed. Naruto's affection for Sasuke, who's become blind, has been distorted since the incident, and this is a story of Sasuke reacting to that.
