Vulcan Enterprises was a fan-run company by Candy J. Kolter of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. It was created in the late 1960s.
Kolter offered inexpensive artifacts and fact sheets from the Vulcan Bureau of Cultural Exchange. Among her offerings was a simplified Vulcan alphabet to be used by Earth people. It was printed in Ditto format on one page of corrasable bond typing paper.
