You Were Named After, or the Albus Severus Potter meme, is a meme based on the epilogue of the Deathly Hallows, particularly the part where Harry Potter explains to his son Albus Severus why he was named after Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape:
The meme often rewords this quote to "You were named after two of the bravest men I ever knew." A popular meme on Tumblr involved giving Albus a different name that one thinks would be more fitting, due to the HP fandom’s mixed feelings about Dumbledore and Snape. The names are sometimes serious suggestions of HP characters more worthy of Harry's respect and are sometimes intentionally ridiculous to mock J.K. Rowling's choice.
