Cavaliera Romulana is a het adult Romulan/OMC series of novels by Joanna Ray. On the cover: "Cavaliera Romulana or Romulan Chivalry!" "pt. 1" and "A Star Trek Magazine." There are five issues. It was published in the UK.

An ad in STAG #49 says it is an "action packed, hilarious saga of the NEW Enterprise and 22 Romulan mercenaries."

An ad in Communicator #1: "A Star Trek zine due out in Jan. 82. The new USS Enterprise encounters 22 of the galaxy's fiercest, proudest, and bravest space warriors: 22 Romulan mercenaries who are Brothers of the Sword! A compelling new zine!"

To the Reader, Part 1 of Cavaliera Romulana saw our intrepid Enterprise crew encountering 22 Romulan mercenaries who were on their way to become Peace Officers in the Naiobi colonies. These Romulans, led by Harith, were all members of the famous Brotherhood of the Sword (Isithan in Romulan). To the Reader, Parts 1 & 2 of Cavaliera Romulana saw
 our intrepid Enterprise crew encountering
 22 Romulan mercenaries who were on their
 way to become Peace Officers in the
 Naiobi colonies. These Romulans were all
 members of the famous Brotherhood of the
 Sword. After many battles with Klingons, a death—defying rescue of the Enterprise
 was accomplished single—handed by a
 mysterious Romulan Shield Lord, one of
the 22 mercenaries. The Shield Lord,
 bravest and noblest of all Romulan Knights, decided to court one of the Enterprise personnel, a young ensign, Patricia Moore. A close bond of true
 friendship (Darth Ishala) developed between 1st Officer Spock and the Romulan Marayshan and the promiscuous 
healer-soldier Harith was befriended by
 the Enterprise's new 3rd Officer, Lieutenant—Commander Alice Morgan.
