Types of Quiz Fic

This page outlines four "main types" of quiz fic, but I read a lot of fic on Quizilla back in the day and the vast majority of them didn't fall into one of these categories. Instead, they were just regular fics that were broken up by "responses" that were often arbitrary and didn't affect the "outcome" of the story. I would consider these quiz fics because they were on a quiz platform, but maybe a quiz fic would be defined specifically as a "choose your own adventure" type where the responses actually affect what result you get. This page doesn't set out a definition, however. Does anyone have any thoughts on that and what the boundaries are of what might be considered quiz fic? --enchantedsleeper (talk) 22:20, 21 January 2022 (UTC)
