It seems the author doesn't use this name on the net (can be found by searching for title + X-Files). That's why I didn't include a link to the online version. Should we change the author name to the online name and make it unreadable on the cover or is it alright to use this name here?--Doro 20:19, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
- I'm always in favor of using the online pseuds so that you can have consistency and know which author the zine article is talking about, as I assume any eventual article about the author would also use the current pseud, and can link the online versions without confusion too. IMO that is more useful information than to represent what it says on the zine cover literally. And if she does not use this name online with her stories, I think it's better to go with the name the author picked right away, rather than having to invite upset, even if this is post-1995.--Ratcreature 12:14, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
- That's what I thought. I changed the name and linked to the author's website. Should we remove the name from the cover? --Doro 14:01, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
- I'd vote for removing the name and then making a note in the entry about it, something along the lines of "author cited here is her preferred online name." Mrs. Potato Head 14:03, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
- I reuploaded the image without the author name. The original file should probably be removed from the history. --Doro 14:27, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
Doro, do you know if the second part of this zine was ever issued, "Taming the Unicorn 7-12?" Mrs. Potato Head 14:04, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, I have no idea. This seems to be an online novel that took a while before it was finished. I wouldn't be surprised if the second half of the novel never made it into a zine, but I can't say for sure.--Doro 14:27, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
