Excerpts
When did you enter our fandom?
I discovered our fandom in 2010, lurked for a year or so, emailed authors I enjoyed. Finally joined in the conversation and such in 2011.
What was remarkable about that time?
For me what was remarkable is that I had no idea y'all existed!! And I still have to pinch myself sometimes to make sure I am not dreaming it. Throughout my life I have always loved Starsky and Hutch and never had anyone to talk to about it. No one I knew shared my passion. Finding this fandom was a life changer.
Who is still there of those times today?
A lot of people who were around when I first started peeking in and then joining are gone. I think so many have multiple fandoms and/or have moved into other fandoms. But there is still a core of people who I met early on.
